Make your own Stöckli cheese

Traditional cheese making like in 1741

A very special experience. Together with a professional cheese-maker, you will make your own cheese in our Stöckli (farm building) using 200 litres of fresh raw milk. After creating your cheese with your own hands, you will see the exciting result: two 8-kg wheels of great tasting Stöckli cheese.

  • The cosy Küherstübli parlour is an ideal location to enjoy an authentic Stöckliapero snack with home-made cheese, sausages and cold cuts from the region and tasty bread from the Emmental Valley.
