Lake Oeschinen toboggan run
If you love travelling fast, you’ll love the summer toboggan run at Lake Oeschinen.
The Oeschinensee summer toboggan run is an unforgettable experience for young and old alike. On a 750 metre-long track, you’ll cover a total height difference of approximately 150 metres at lightning speed. Alone or in pairs – it’s so much fun to zoom down the slope, letting your hair flutter back in the wind.
Once you and your toboggan have been pulled to the top, the fast-paced (or more gentle, if you like) ride can begin. Taking in a few tight bends and four huge ones, you’ll whizz on down to the conveyor belt 750 metres below, ready to be taken back to the top in comfort.
Children aged three and up can use the toboggan run with an adult, and can ride alone from the age of eight. For safety reasons, the toboggan run is only open in dry weather. The run is dried after any rainfall and is ready for use within just a few minutes.
The train takes you directly from Bern to Kandersteg. The toboggan run is located next to the mountain station of the Oeschinensee gondola.
