- Prices are per vehicle and for a single journey between Kandersteg and Goppenstein, including all passengers and VAT.
- The ticket is valid in both directions, transferable and valid for one month. Outward and return journeys must be purchased separately.
- Tickets for large-capacity vehicles are available at the Kandersteg and Goppenstein loading stations. Please follow the special transport information. The vehicle registration document for vehicles weighing 3.5 to 7.5 t must be presented without being asked.
- The vehicle category is determined by the information in the vehicle registration document. For weight-based categories, the maximum permitted total weight applies.

- The ticket is valid in both directions, transferable and valid for one month. Outward and return journeys must be purchased separately.
- Tickets are not sold at Iselle. If you depart from Iselle without an online ticket, you pay for your journey at check-out in Brig.
- Large-capacity vehicles cannot be transported between Brig and Iselle.
The direct service between Kandersteg and Iselle operates on selected days. A reservation is mandatory.

- Coaches and lorries are not permitted.
Different cancellation fees apply to the Kandersteg–Iselle direct service, depending on when you cancel your reservation.

For the Kandersteg–Iselle route, the reservation is included in the price.
Tickets for Kandersteg–Goppenstein and Brig–Iselle are not tied to a specific train and can be used in either direction. They do not guarantee a place, are valid for one month from the date of purchase and are transferable.
Vehicles
Tickets for Kandersteg–Goppenstein and Brig–Iselle are available online or at staffed loading stations. A reservation is required for Kandersteg–Iselle. We recommend booking your ticket and reserving your space online.

Tickets are available at staffed loading stations.
Large-capacity vehicles
Tickets are available at the Kandersteg and Goppenstein loading stations.
