Climbing on the Stockhorn
Whether you’re a novice or a pro, among the ten sectors and more than 120 climbing routes of difficulty grades 2 to 7, you’re sure to find the perfect route.
The majority of the routes involve slab-climbing on the compact limestone wall, but you’ll also encounter amazing water grooves as well as a few steep ascents of the extremely rough rock face. You can access the climbing area by the Stockhorn cableway, as the approaches are only 2 to 10 minutes from the mountain station. From the Chrindi intermediate station, you can reach the climbing routes in approximately 20 minutes.
