Cross-country ski paradise in the Neuchâtel mountains

180 kilometres of cross-country skiing trails are waiting to be discovered.

Away from the traffic and urban life, you can make tracks in the snow – almost as if it were Lapland, peace and quiet reigns here, and you can enjoy the expanses of the forests, meadows and steep cliffs. Your efforts will be rewarded with wonderful views of the mountains, from Mont Blanc through to the Bernese Alps. Whether you’re a seasoned cross-country skier or a beginner – in the mountains of the canton of Neuchâtel, everyone will find the right trail to suit them: 180 kilometres of cross-country trails await you between Lake Neuchâtel and the French border. Many of these trails can be combined with one another however you choose, thus creating shorter or longer tours, as the mood takes you.
