Bern Animal Park

A beastly day trip to Bern

With around 200 different animal species, Bern Animal Park offers a fun animal experience for both young and old. The animal park is situated in Dählhölzliwald forest and is right next to the River Aare. Watch harbour seals, leopards, musk oxen, bears and wolves, marvel at puffins as they “fly” underwater and enjoy a change of perspective on the footbridge above the WisentWald forest. There’s an unbelievable amount to discover here.

Travel in comfort by train to Bern. Continue by bus in the direction of Elfenau to the “Tierpark” stop.
