An outstanding collection of works from internationally renowned artists such as Troubetzkoy, Tozzi and Martini
The recently fully renovated Palazzo Viani Dugnani is home to the painting and sculpture collection. At the heart of the gallery is an exhibition of Lombard and Piedmontese paintings from the late 19th and early 20th centuries, featuring artists such as Boggiani, Ferraguti, Ranzoni and Tozzi. The sculpture collection includes a plaster cast gallery comprising some 340 works by the impressionist sculptor Paolo Troubetzkoy (1866-1938), and the works of Giulio Branca (1850-1926), a member of the monumental and historical sculpture movement of the 19th century, and Arturo Martini (1889-1947).
