Stockalper Palace and thermal springs

Following an interesting guided tour of Stockalper Palace, you can enjoy a swim at the Brigerbad thermal baths in the afternoon.

In the 17th century, Kaspar Stockalper was the most gifted merchant king around. Stockalper Palace in Brig still stands as testimony to his wealth. Following an interesting guided tour of the palace, you can enjoy a swim and relaxation at Switzerland's largest thermal baths, the Brigerbad. Sport and fun for young and old are guaranteed here!

Stockalper Palace

Tues–Sun, from 1 May to 31 October

Guided castle tours, Summer (April–October)

09.30 hours / 10.30 hours / 13.30 hours / 14.30 hours / 15.30 hours / 16.30 hours (this tour only runs from 1 April to 30 September)

Guided castle tour, winter (December–April)

26 to 30 December 2017: daily 14.30 hours

2 January to 24 April 2018: every Tuesday 14.30 hours.

Meeting point: Passage Simplon exhibition, Stockalper Palace.

Guided group tours of the castle bookable each day upon request. Interesting combined offers for schools and groups.

The exhibition is open on all days that public guided tours take place 14.00–16.00 hours.


Brigerbad thermal baths
