Murten Lido
A bathing oasis with Mediterranean charm
Being very shallow, in summer Lake Murten warms up relatively quickly and therefore offers ideal conditions for water sports activities of any kind. It’s only a 5-minute walk from the train station to the lido, which is the largest and best-equipped bathing facility on Lake Murten. As well as a large sunbathing lawn surrounded by mature trees, visitors can make use of a range of swimming pools and a children’s playground while enjoying fantastic views of Mont Vully.

The indoor pool is closed during the summer months (approx. beginning of July – approx. middle of August) for cleaning work.
