Mont Vully – A walking paradise for families

The vineyards of the Lake Murten region offer charm and tranquillity, with fantastic panoramic views out over Lake Neuchâtel and Lake Murten, the Jura and the Alps.

Discover the picturesque landscapes of this famous wine-growing region by climbing the 653-metre-high Mont Vully, travelling to the time of the Celts along the educational history trails, or learning interesting facts about wine-growing along the educational wine trail and stopping off for a wine-tasting session at one of the many wine cellars. Exploring the “Roche Grises – La Lamberta” sandstone caves is a must for adventurers. These caves were dug during the First World War to protect the Swiss Plateau, and today serve as a backdrop to new adventures. Don’t forget to bring a torch!
