Gurten - Park im Grünen

The magical mountain above the city of Bern

You will find Bern’s most beautiful sun terrace on Mt. Gurten at 858 metres above sea level. Bern’s ‘local’ mountain provides breath-taking views of the capital city, the Jura and the Alps, and features a great play park for children. The “Gurtners” and “Tapis Rouge” restaurants offer visitors culinary highlights.
