BLS AG has many years of experience in repairing and reconditioning pneumatic components for all types of rail vehicles. Brake control valves, pressure intensifiers, solenoid valves, pressure regulators, taps, and check valves from various manufacturers are processed by qualified specialists in our workshop.
With the modernization of the Bönigen workshop, BLS AG has created bright and modern production facilities for the pneumatics department. The equipment at the workstations for both individual components and complete pneumatic panels guarantees efficient series production. A modern vacuum washing system enables thorough cleaning of the individual parts of the pneumatic components.
An automatic test bench for valves ensures detailed and documented testing of pneumatic and electrical properties. Another automatic test bench enables efficient pneumatic and electrical testing of complete pneumatic panels.
