Biel/Bienne Lido
A day out on the beach in the middle of the town
With its welcoming atmosphere, the “Strampi” – or “Plage de Bienne” – is a great place to relax. Whether on sand or grass, in the sun or in the shade, in the Biel/Bienne lido you’re sure to find a comfortable place to stretch out. There’s also a popular water park with a variety of play equipment. Those who prefer to stay dry when exercising, however, can play beach volleyball, table tennis, badminton or football.

The water park is open every day (1.6.-31.8.) from 14.00 hours. Children under the age of 10 may only use the water park if accompanied by an adult.
