Even as the holder of a weekly or monthly season ticket for the Libero, Passepartout, Frimobil, BeoAbo or Onde Verte regional fare networks, you don’t need to queue at the ticket counter. Instead, you can purchase and renew your season ticket at the ticket machine in just a few steps. To buy a season ticket for the first time, you simply need to enter the public transport basic card number (ABC123). Renewals can even be carried out in just a few steps without the public transport basic card.

Using the on-screen buttons, you should locate the ticket you want in just a few steps. Can’t find it? In conjunction with a number of partners, we offer training courses on the use of ticket machines.

How do I get my ticket?

At these stations, you can purchase your ticket (with no supplement payable) on the train itself from your conductor. Payment can be made in cash (CHF or Euro notes) and with standard payment cards or by Reka Rail or Reka-Check. If you regularly travel on the same route, we would recommend that you purchase a multiple-journey ticket.

What should you do if you cannot buy a ticket on board the train?
In such cases, we would request that you purchase your ticket after your journey at the station where you have got off the train.
