Travel Guarantee
The Swiss Travel Industry Guarantee Fund
BLS AG participates in the Swiss Travel Industry Guarantee Fund. This ensures that the amounts paid by consumers for a package tour, as well as any return travel, are protected.
In the event of a claim, the Guarantee Fund covers only the costs of package tours, including repatriation, as provided for in the Federal Act on Package Tours, Art. 18, Section "Security".
The following are covered by the Guarantee Fund:
- Package tours
- Modular tours individually assembled from a brochure or services agreed upon directly with a service provider and billed as a package
- Cruises
