E-scooters are easy to rent using an app. In the video, you'll see how the rental process works, using Voi as an example.
1. Download the app
Download the app from your chosen provider and sign up.
2. Find and unlock a scooter
Search for an available vehicle in the app and unlock it according to the provider’s instructions.
3. End your ride
Park the e-scooter at an authorized location and end your ride in the app.
Note: At the PubliBike bike station in Biel/Bienne, the e-scooters are station-based and must be returned to a designated station.
Riding an E-Scooter
- Use streets, bike paths, and bike lanes.
- Riding on the sidewalk is not allowed.
- Be aware of no-riding and no-parking zones in the app.
- Park the scooter so that it does not obstruct pedestrians or cyclists.
