It helps you to find the best excursion for you, supports you in planning your trip and answers (almost) all your questions about BLS. Our prototype is based on artificial intelligence and is being continuously developed during the pilot phase.

If our employees don't have time or you are planning an excursion in the middle of the night, our excursion finder will be happy to help you.

On the one hand, we want to test and try out the technical implementation and further development possibilities of AI technology for BLS AG. On the other hand, we want to get to know the interests of our customers better. In this way, information architecture and web content can be continuously optimised and adapted to the needs of our customers.

The excursion finder helps you to plan your trip and find suitable excursions in the BLS region more quickly. In short: intelligent advice, almost as good as in reality. The excursion finder also knows all about other topics such as tickets and travelcards or jobs and applications at BLS and provides you with an answer within seconds. This saves time, as you can find the information you are looking for quickly and directly.

• The excursion finder cannot access private data. So it makes no sense to ask which excursion you went on recently: It doesn't know.
• The excursion finder has no common sense when it comes to dangers. So check and scrutinise the information and weather conditions.
• The excursion finder is not always right. It is possible that it displays incorrect or outdated information. The same applies here: question the answers critically and double-check the information if necessary.
• The excursion finder does not always provide accurate answers. AI-generated answers are often vague and unspecific.
• The excursion finder cannot provide you with information on data outside of bls.ch.

• Ask questions that are as short and precise as possible without using personal data.
• Bear in mind that the excursion finder is a prototype and is therefore still in the test phase. It is therefore not yet perfect and not infallible. If in doubt, ask a human being.
• If you are planning an excursion, you can then switch directly to the BLS timetable via the "Travel planning" link and only need to select the departure point. The destination of your journey is automatically taken over.
