When dealing with personal data, BLS LTD complies with Swiss data protection regulations. Essentially, you can visit our websites without having to divulge any personal data.

We would point out to you that, as a result of your visit to our websites, we automatically come into possession of anonymous information, thanks to which we can determine how visitors use our websites and what information and offers they find to be of particular interest. Data processing is carried out by ourselves or third parties – with the exception of services requested by you – exclusively for the purposes of gathering individual information on our customers, aimed at their interests and requirements, as well as for our own statistical and marketing purposes.

Your personal data will neither be sold nor forwarded to third parties outside the BLS LTD Group, with the exception of the service providers of BLS LTD that are involved in the handling of your enquiry or are dependent on your details in order to perform a service. BLS LTD and its service providers use appropriate security systems to protect data from foreseeable risks. Data is only stored for as long as is necessary to fulfil the intended purpose.

Data protection declaration for Google Analytics

We collect so-called "tracking data", which gives information on the surfing behaviour of users, with the aim of improving the sites and for statistical purposes. Such tracking data cannot be traced back to individual persons. These websites uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service offered by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are saved on your computer and enable analysis of your use of the websites. The information generated by the cookie on your usage of these websites (including your IP address) is transferred to one of Google's servers in the USA and stored on it. In the event that IP anonymisation is activated on these websites, your IP address is however truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or other contractual states of the agreement on the European Economic Area.

Only in exceptional cases will your full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Data protection declaration for use of Facebook plugins

Plugins of the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA are integrated into our sites. You can recognise Facebook plugins from the Facebook logo or "Like" button on our site. You will find an overview of Facebook plugins here.

When you visit our sites, a direct link between your browser and the Facebook server is established via the plugin. This means that Facebook receives information that you have visited our sites with your IP address. If you click on the "Like" button in Facebook whilst you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our sites to your Facebook profile. In this way, Facebook can allocate your visit to our sites to your user account. We would point out that, as the provider of the sites, we receive no information on the content of the data transferred and its usage by Facebook. Data protection declaration for use of Google +1

You can publish information worldwide with the help of the Google +1 button. Via the Google +1 button, you and other users receive personalised content from Google and its partners. Google stores both the information that you have given for a +1 content and information about the sites you have looked at by clicking on +1. Your +1 can, together with your profile name and photo, be shown in Google services, such as for example in search results or in your Google profile, or at other points on websites and displays on the internet. Google records information about your +1 activities in order to improve Google services for you and others.

To be able to use the Google +1-button, you need a public Google profile that is visible worldwide and must include as a minimum the name selected for the profile. This name will be used in all Google services. In some cases, this name can replace another name that you have used when sharing content via your Google account. The identity of your Google profile can be displayed to users that know your e-mail address or who have at their disposal other identification information from you via others.

Apart from the intended uses mentioned above, the information you provide will be used according to the currently valid Google data protection regulations. Google could possibly publish consolidated statistics about the +1 activities of users or pass these statistics on to our users and partners, such as publishers, advertisers or associated websites.

Data protection declaration for use of Twitter

The functions of the Twitter service are integrated into our sites. These functions are provided by Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Thanks to the use of Twitter and the "re-tweet" function, the websites you visit are linked to your Twitter account and made known to other users. In this respect such data as IP address, browser type, domains called up, sites visited, mobile phone provider, device and application IDs and search terms are transferred to Twitter.

We would point out that, as the provider of the sites, we receive no information on the content of the data transferred and its usage by Twitter. Should one or more of these provisions become null and void or invalid, the binding nature of the other terms and conditions of use remains unaffected. These terms and conditions of use are subject exclusively to Swiss Law. The place of jurisdiction for possible disputes is exclusively the responsible courts of the city of Bern.
