«Ufem Fluss» – Restaurant boat in Interlaken
Floating restaurant for gourmets at at the Interlaken Ost landing stage
Until the end of March, the MS Brienz will be anchored at the Interlaken Ost landing stage as the restaurant ship "Ufem Fluss". On board you can enjoy delicious Swiss specialities made from regional produce in a rustic atmosphere.

The boat "Brienz" does not operate on Lake Brienz from December to the end of March. During this time the ship is transformed with loving details into a cosy gourmet restaurant. Restored furniture, white tablecloths and elegant candlesticks create a magical ambience.
High-quality products from the region are processed into tasty dishes, superbly cooked and artistically arranged. During the day, the charming restaurant ship also offers you a picturesque view of the lake and the Bernese Alps.
