Adelboden Ski World Cup

In 2019, Adelboden will be the site for one of the most exciting fixtures on the FIS Ski World Cup calendar for the 63nd time.

For more than 60 years, Adelboden becomes a hive of top-class skiing activity every January. From 11 to 13 January 2019, you can get up close and personal with many of the world’s leading Alpine skiers. The events kick off on Friday, when ski stars sign autographs on Adelboden’s Boxenstrasse, before the party atmosphere begins as the start numbers are drawn at the World Cup village. Following the spectacle of Saturday’s giant slalom, the excitement factor rises still further as the slalom racers compete in Sunday’s event, where differences of one-hundredth of a second can be crucial.
