Brienzer Rothorn combined ticket
Take the boat to Brienz and then change over to Switzerland's oldest steam-driven rack railway to reach Mt. Brienzer Rothorn.
The view from the green-blue waters of Lake Brienz up to Mt. Brienzer Rothorn can make even experienced hikers tremble a little. Luckily there’s a reliable alternative available: the venerable steam-driven rack railway is guaranteed never to get short of breath on its way to the summit. The view from the top of the 2,350-metre-high summit is spectacular.
