Emmentaler AOC experience
Spend a fascinating day in the Emmentaler show dairy. Here the traditional and the modern come together. You can be on the spot between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. when the original Emmentaler AOC cheese is made by hand like in bygone days. Every day at 2 p.m., when the cream cheese is made, you can churn the milk yourself and discover at first-hand how cheese is made. Your self-made cheese will then be briefly pressed, and before you take it home you will have time to enjoy local specialities in our restaurant.
