Niesen – the pyramid on Lake Thun
The mountain with a fantastic panoramic view
Niesen – the pyramid alongside Lake Thun. At the end of a spectacular climb on the funicular railway, the observation platform at an altitude of 2362 metres provides a magnificent 360° panorama of the imposing Bernese Alps, Lake Thun and Lake Brienz and all the way to the Jura mountain range. Allow yourself to be spoilt by the culinary delights in the Niesen Kulm mountain hut with its unique glass pavilion and large sun terrace.
