Glacier 3000 – The View of the Alps

A glacier experience in a class of its own

A trip into the glacier world of Glacier 3000 will delight lovers of nature and gourmets alike. The glacial area of Glacier 3000 links the three cantons of Bern, Valais and Vaud. A ride of just 15 minutes on the cableway takes you straight into the world of the glaciers. Here you’ll find a breathtaking view of 24 peaks over 4,000 metres in height, including the Matterhorn, the Jungfrau and Mont Blanc. Go for a hike or a gentle stroll before giving yourself a culinary treat in the Botta mountain-top restaurant, designed by top architect Mario Botta.
