Thun–Konolfingen–Hasle-Rüegsau–Solothurn / Burgdorf–Ramsei–Langnau

Historical review:
Until 1997, the line was owned by the Emmental–Burgdorf–Thun Railway (EBT). This railway company had been set up in 1942 through the merger of the Burgdorf–Thun Railway (BTB) and the Emmental Railway (EB).
In 1997, the EBT merged with the Associated Huttwil Railways (VHB) and the Solothurn–Münster Railway (SMB) to form Regionalverkehr Mittelland (RM). The RM, in turn, merged with BLS Lötschbergbahn (BLS) to become BLS AG with legal effect of 27 June 2006.
