Customer information in Railway stations and stops

Customer information systems (KIS) at stations and stops require adaptations or an optimisation of the various existing systems. The background to this is the establishment of the Spiez Operation Centre (BZS) and the concomitant centralisation of operational management processes at BLS. For this purpose, the existing customer information systems must be renovated, and future systems will have to be integrated into the BZS and harmonised with the partners' systems.
