Interlaken West: platform extension / removal of Straubhaar level crossing
Interlaken West is one of the Bernese Oberland's most frequented railway stations. It primarily serves tourists as an arrival and departure destination.
In order to safeguard long-distance transport into the Bernese Oberland in the long term, the platforms must be extended. At the same time, access paths to the trains will be made dis-ability-friendly, and the customer information system will be improved.
