Information about the customer card
The customer card is a chip card analogous to a credit card.
This card enables firms to board vehicles onto the Lötschberg Car Transport
trains against invoice
How does the customer card work?
The customer card enables our staff at the transport cashpoints in Kandersteg
and Goppenstein to register the boarding of the vehicle concerned (category,
date, etc.).
At the end of the month, a list of all journeys is drawn up and an invoice is
made out.
Do you have several vehicles that might use the train in your firm? We will gladly make the desired number of customer cards available to you.
Customer card loss
BLS has to be notified of the loss of a customer card with immediate effect.
The card will then be blocked at once.
We will send you a replacement card on request.
Customer card transferability
A customer card may only be transferred within the company.
It must not be additionally used by third-party firms.
Liability
The user is liable for any loss and misuse of the card.

Discounts
Discounts are granted on the basis of the turnover generated in the course of a calendar year. The following discount levels are applicable:

Discounts are calculated and reimbursed at the end of each calendar year.

You can order customer cards by entering the necessary information on the order form.
